"Clean room and helpful staff"

"Stayed overnight before catching a Eurostar to Brussels. My single room was a decent size. A little hot, however the window opened. Would stay again if needs be."

"We booked a room for three with the executive lounge buy up. That includes free breakfast, drinks from noon until 9:00 and snacks from 5:00 to 8:00. It’s a great deal. The room was clean, the staff was very helpful and the hotel is in an excellent location. Transit stops are so close, and plenty of stores near by. Three Tuns across the street is an excellent pub choice. The breakfast was crowded and the coffee machines wear often broken, but the food was great and there were plenty of choices. Overall a stay week worth the cost. "

There’s no breakfast provided, but there are plenty of options nearby. The location is great too, with good links to public transport and a very quiet setting. All in all: very good."
